Setup a new account

1. Go to azure portal:

2. Create a resource:

3. Search for “Storage account” and press “create”.

4. Create a new Resource group to hold the blob in it (or choose from one of your exsisting groups):

5. Type lower case account name, select the region you want the storage to be in, and Redundancy mode.

(We need the account name to be saved in Voicenter Cpanel Recording Azure configurations).

6. Click next.

7. Select whether to limit access to this container from specific IP addresses or from anywhere.

Here is the simple default you can leave as is at first, and come back for hardening later.

8. Click “next: Encryption”

9. Click .

11. Click click Create .

12. Wait for the confirmation of deployment to appear:

16. go to Storage account -> Resource sharing

Configure our Cpanel domains (or simply allow all domains using "*" as shown below) as allowed domain to reference to the files in the bucket (Allowed cross origins):

17. Go to Containers and Create a container:

(We need the Container name to be saved in Voicenter Cpanel Recording Azure configurations).

18. Add CORS policy to the Storage account:

19. Go to “access keys” of this new dedicated storage account.

20. Copy the Key1 value.

(We need the Key 1 value to be saved in Voicenter Cpanel Recording Azure configurations).

21. Creating the recording profile in Voicenter:
Go to Voicenter cpanel at https://cpanel.voicenter.com API -> Recordings -> + Add organizational call recording profile

22. select Microsoft as your storage provider, and fill out the required values to paste directly to our secured Cpanel portal. Here are the 4 following values:

Account (storage) name
Container name
The URL of the account storage (usually: https://{|your-account-name|}.blob.core.windows.net )
The "Key 1" value of this storage account.

Click Next and mark calls to be encrypted, and the account/s you want it to affect.
Any account you setup will overwrite all it subaccounts with this profile - so if you dont need to split storage accounts - you only ned to create the recording profile once - to the top account.

23. Once saved - make a call - and confirm its shown in the new container, and playable from Cpanel call history page - after a few moments.
