1. To log into the Voicenter app, first open the App Store application.

2. In the App Store, tap the search button located at the top of the screen.

3. After tapping the search button, enter the name of the Voicenter app.

4. After typing "Vocenter", a link to download the Voicecenter Softphone app will appear on the screen.

5. Click on the Voicenter Softphone app icon and then we will reach the screen where the app can be downloaded to the iPhone.

6. On the download screen, tap the download button.

After tapping "Download", the app download will begin. Please note that the download process may take a few seconds.

7. Once the download is complete, the app will be installed on your iPhone. You can open the app by tapping the Open button.

8. After tapping "Open", a permission request will appear asking you to allow notifications from the app on your iPhone.

9. Tap the "Allow" button on the permissions screen. You will then be directed to the Voice Center Softphone app login screen.

10. On the login screen, enter your phone interface username and password to log in to the app.
